Hello all! I found envelope with old pictures from my CSDR days. I thought I pick a few and post on this blog for you all to enjoy. If you remember about this field trip, please do post your comment! I am sure other might respond back to you.
The earliest class picture I might took on the class trip. I think it was down in San Juan Capistrano in San Diego when we were studying California missions. Here is my classmates that I took.
Charles Katz, Guy Gomez, Cynthia Sadoski, Don Langdon, Ron Whitsit, Rex Nelson, John Crouch, Val Zimmer and Laura Kowalewski.

Is Jeff C in our 6th grade class? I thought so. Maybe he was in trouble and could not go with us on a field trip. Just wondering....
Good question Val! I don't know where Jeff C. was that day either! I do remember the bus trip down to San Juan Capistrano was FUN! Because as a day student, I had to ride the school bus with hearing students to public school, then watched them get off, I remained on bus to get Don Langdon, and Rex Nelson to CSDR. But a big school bus with full of deaf students was fun for me!
Can anyone of you tell me if Laura Kowalewski is still alive? I know that Felix Kowalewski is dead while ago...I used to take art class from him and when I see Laura..I wonder....thanks!!!!
